The Sustainable Warmth Grant offers energy saving home improvements, like insulation, renewable heating systems and double glazing. This could help you reduce your energy bills, make your home warmer and more comfortable, and lower your carbon emissions. The grant is funded by the UK Government and managed by Warmworks with support from Energy Saving Trust.
Warmworks are responsible for the whole customer journey, from the initial sign-up process through to a property survey, the installation of energy saving improvements, and a quality inspection to ensure that everything has been fitted in line with the quality standards required by the UK Government.
Funding is available for homeowners, private tenants and people in social rented accommodation who live in a home with a low energy rating and have a household income of less than £30,000 a year, or unemployed and receive an income, health or disability benefit.
If this sounds like you, please complete the form below. Please answer the questions as fully as you can, this helps us to progress your application quicker and please avoid completing multiple applications from the same household.
If you would prefer, you can call us to make an application on 0808 1968255. Our telephone line is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (except public holidays).
If you’re eligible, we will be in touch to discuss the next steps. Firstly, we will arrange a survey of your home. This will allow Warmworks to recommend a package of improvements to make your home more energy efficient. You will need to provide evidence of your household income or benefit receipt at this stage also. Installation will be completed by an approved and trusted sub-contractor, at no cost to you the householder, and the Warmworks team will be on hand to support you through the process.
